ICYMI: Tim Berners-Lee, the man who gave us the internet, has taken a long hard look at how we have been using his invention and decided that enough is enough. Sir Tim has issued a rallying cry to defeat 'fake news' and the political bias that is right across the web spectrum, including the inappropriate use of data. Using the milestone of the internet's 28th birthday, he announced that he is launching a 'five year strategy' to tackle issues on the web via his Web Foundation. So take note hackers, phish-ers, scammers and right-wing extremists, your time is up, your custody of the internet is over and Sir Tim is coming to get you.
